PCB Analyzer automates the data input process, accepting design data from Gerber, ODB++, emails, PDF files, hot folders or by manual input. The solution identifies and automatically converts critical information such as images and drill files. The information is then changed in accordance with your internal naming conventions, such as renaming layers.
Within minutes, the information is accepted, analyzed, renamed, and integrated with quotation and/or engineering systems to automatically generate quotes and supporting engineering information. |

- Layer recognition. PCB Analyzer documents the layers and layer order based on details such as polarity, plating, and blinds.
- Design analysis. Analysis processes are automated, including generation of production tooling and design rule checks for early detection of manufacturing problems.
- Quotation and engineering data generation. PCB Analyzer integrates with quotation and engineering system to produce more comprehensive product engineering and costing data. Output data formats include QED PDF, QED XML (for import into quote and ERP systems), and as a CAM-ready job for Ucam, Genesis or Gerber-X systems.
